I was employed by Define Projects to redraw the existing Approved Planning Application in order to complete building control drawings as well as producing perspective images for the Clients to send to various Estate Agents for the sale of both properties.
The site is found within St Ann’s Chapel, Gunnislake and is clearly viable from the main carriageway. Panoramic Views are obtainable from both of the properties balcony’s over the near by homes.
Both Properties are a mirror image in terms of floor layouts. The Lower Ground Floors comprise of Four Double Bedrooms, Two En Suites and Master Bathroom with the Ground Floor housing a Kitchen/Dining Room, Living Room, Study, Utility Room, WC, Garage and Balcony.
The Properties are currently still under construction but are for sale on the open market.
